Michael brings over 25 years of Leadership, Organizational Development and Change Management experience, working with major corporations in most industries. Michael specialization is in the, Revenue Generation and Customer Relationship areas.

Michael is a noted speaker on the human side of transformation in the customer relationship and revenue generation area. His areas of expertise include; transformational change, governance, leadership, organizational design and implementation. Michael has extensive experience in Asia and North America.

In 1999, Michael established MRP Consulting, LLC.

A successful entrepreneur, speaker, educator and consultant, Michael speaks from his own experience in Revenue Generation and Organizational Development.  Michael is also an accomplished instructor in Business Management and Behaviorial Assessment for the University of Phoenix.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Master of Science degree in Personnel Management both from Troy State University
